I am Lars Pederson, the Principal Consultant at Link Business Management Consulting / Mergers & Acquisitions. I am an innovative and experienced business management consultant, productivity and turnaround specialist, with close to four decades in business. I have a wealth of experience working with large corporations to SMEs in UK, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. 

I have previously presented and delivered to investors in Monaco and UK, a self storage project with a full business plan, including full financial business plan, market research, P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow assessment. It was for a first stage business capital investment of £3 million, with total investment in the region of £40-45 million.

Because of my background and proven track record of implementing business solutions and helping businesses get back on track, my transfer into business buying has natural synergy.

I work closely with the seller in the handover period to understand the unique challenges and goals, and develop strategies to achieve ongoing success. I’m passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential, and take pride in the success of it.

My expertise comes from within a broad sector like onshore, production, manufacturing, retail, hospitality & catering, FMCG and Real Estate. This breath of experience allows me to provide unique and tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each business and carry it forward.
